1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pcso8 ("pcso8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pcso8.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

pcso8 provides online casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, bingo, sports betting, and related entertainment services to eligible players in the Philippines and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality offered by pcso8.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

pcso8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, passport, or UMID card). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on pcso8, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine contact number, email address, and preferred payment method details.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the pcso8 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where pcso8 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and retain any winnings obtained through such accounts pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pcso8 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify pcso8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

pcso8 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or where you have voluntarily shared your credentials with a third party.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations, pcso8 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may require submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. We process all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pcso8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported payment methods may change from time to time at our sole discretion.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the player's account dashboard. All funds deposited into your pcso8 account are held in trust for you in segregated accounts, separate from pcso8's operational funds. pcso8 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for verified accounts using GCash or Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing times. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. pcso8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request as part of our fraud prevention and AML compliance obligations.

4.4 Own Funds Requirement

You may only deposit funds that you own and that are free from any encumbrance or legal restriction. You must not deposit funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise illegal means. Any deposit found to originate from illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the funds will be frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, pcso8 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements and other conditions are stated clearly on each promotion's dedicated page.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times using eligible games. Certain games may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. pcso8 reserves the right to deny, forfeit, or reclaim any bonus where abuse, collusion, or manipulation is suspected.
• Free spins are subject to the same wagering requirements as deposit bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the pcso8 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited and certified for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are operated from professionally staffed studios with real-time video streaming. pcso8 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection error, or software failure that affects the outcome of a game, pcso8 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund any wagers placed. pcso8 shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical malfunctions beyond those directly caused by our platform systems.

6.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect or your account has been credited or debited incorrectly, you must notify pcso8 customer support within 48 hours of the disputed event. pcso8 will review the game logs and server records, which constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes. The decision of pcso8's technical team following such a review shall be final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pcso8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such incidents must be reported to pcso8 support immediately.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pcso8 staff or other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pcso8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the Website — is the exclusive intellectual property of pcso8 or its content licensors, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of pcso8.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

pcso8 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players. The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By creating a pcso8 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, subject to strict data processing agreements, and with regulatory authorities as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pcso8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or revenue.
• Loss of data or information.
• Financial losses resulting from technical malfunctions, connection failures, or unauthorized account access.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform.

In any event, pcso8's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pcso8 account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

11.1 Termination by pcso8

pcso8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any supplementary policies.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Underage gambling or provision of false age information.
• Responsible gaming concerns or at the request of a player under self-exclusion.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling us to restrict access.

Where an account is terminated for cause, pcso8 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining balances (net of any forfeited bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your pcso8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonuses will be forfeited, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, your use of the pcso8 Platform, or any gaming activity conducted thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with pcso8 through our internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact our customer support team with a detailed description of your complaint. We commit to investigating all disputes within 14 business days and providing a written response.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

pcso8 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory mandate.

Your continued use of the pcso8 Platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact us to close your account.
